ABOUT TINA DANG YOGA
I’m a certified Yoga Instructor from California, YogaWorks trained, E-RYT® 200, currently practicing in Kaiserslautern, Germany. I wholeheartedly believe that yoga is good for every body, mind and soul. I am honored and overjoyed to share the journey with my students. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.

Designed For You
My classes are designed to challenge every individual, in every stage of their yoga journey. With an emphasis on alignment and form, I guide my students through their practice, inviting them to be present and mindful. I offer modifications as needed, as well as opportunities to go deeper into each pose. I believe that yoga allows for each of us to grow in the exact way that we need. Strength and flexibility are the fortunate byproducts of the practice.
