Move and Sweat
My Vinyasa Flow class is fun way to build heat as we sync breath to movement. There is a unique emphasis on alignment and form and you will learn how to move safely through sun salutations . Music is a great element in this class and as you tune in to your body, it becomes a beautiful moving meditation.

This is a powerful sequence to build strength, improve balance, and practice proper alignment to grow in your yoga practice. Modifications and options for inversions and arm balances will be provided, but whatever your preference, without a doubt, this class will give you the confidence to float and fly in mind, body and spirit, on and of the mat!
