Detox Flow to Side Crow
This fun Vinyasa sequence takes you into side crow. The twisting asanas have a lovely detoxifying effect on the body. And there's a little extra bit of guided mindfulness, too. This video was one of the first Live Zoom classes that I taught when we started #socialdistancing several weeks ago. It's super raw (my hair is a mess, I had some wardrobe malfunctions, and there were several camera glitches), but it's me doing what I love, cheering on my friends and connecting with my community. Also, I just LOVED the vibe of this class! And I wanted to share that energy with everyone else. 🥰 I hope you guys have as much fun with this as I did.
